Return and shipping policy

SHIPPING

All our orders are shipped by TYPSA express courier in 48/72h mode. This means that orders are delivered to our customers within 48/72 working hours from the time they leave our warehouse. All orders placed outside the opening hours of our facilities will be processed and delivered to the courier agency the next day.

Large volume orders that need to be palletized will be shipped by large volume agency in 48h/72h mode.

Due to the great amount of references we have, we can sometimes suffer stock breakages that make it impossible for us to meet delivery deadlines. In such cases our logistics staff will contact the customer to let them know if the customer wishes to cancel their order and receive a refund or wait for the units to be restocked.

FOR WHAT REASON CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive the material to return it. We offer a return policy as long as the request meets the requirements described below:

  • You must initiate a return or exchange request by contacting our customer service department by telephone and then by e-mail for the record at: webmaster@dogosacolor.com. Once your request has been examined, you will be assigned a return number and you will be given the details for shipment.
  • Products must be returned in their original box or packaging and in perfect condition within 15 calendar days of receipt and may NOT have been used. You must attach a copy of the return authorization that will be sent to you by e-mail and the delivery note or purchase invoice.
  • Once the package with the returned products has been received in our company and checked, the return will be processed.
  • Dogosa & Color and all its other names reserve the right to refuse the return in case of non-compliance with the above.
  • In any case, transportation costs arising from the return will be at the CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE; EXCEPT OUR MISTAKE.

HOW WILL I BE REIMBURSED FOR RETURNED ITEMS?

Once received the return in our offices, after checking the condition of the items and compliance with the requirements for returns, we will proceed to issue a voucher for the amount of the product/s returned, in no case will be included in the voucher the shipping costs of the return, which will always be borne by the buyer.

This voucher shall be personal and non-transferable and shall be valid for two years from the date of issue. It cannot be used for purchases whose value of the products is less than the value of the voucher, only for equal or higher value orders.

Dogosa&Color will NEVER pay the return in cash.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If we have sent you a product that is different from the one requested in the order, Dogosa & Color takes care of the exchange and assumes the costs derived from the shipment of the correct item. Initiate a return or exchange request by contacting our customer service department by telephone and then in writing to: webmaster@dogosacolor.com.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

In Dogosa & Color, we strive to ensure that the products you purchase arrive at your home in perfect condition, however before any defective or damaged product, we ASSUME the costs of sending the replacement item, if the package arrives open, partially or completely write it on the form of the carrier, it is the only way to claim the damage, if this is not done, you can NOT claim the package as defective. All the packages leave Dogosa & Color, RECORDED in their preparation process by security cameras, in order to be able to detect if the error has been ours, the carrier’s or if the causes are outside our environment.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE THE RETURN PACKAGE?

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging. A copy of the order and the purchase invoice must be included in the package along with the return authorization sent to you by e-mail.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

Normally from the reception at Dogosa & Color’s offices of the package with the returned items, and after verification of the returned items and compliance with the return policy, the processing time can range from 7 to 10 working days.

THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OF THE ITEM HAS BEEN LOST. CAN I USE OTHER PACKAGING?

NO, the manufacturer requires us to guarantee the product as it left the factory, and our company does not sell anything second hand or second hand.
